These terms are the agreement between you and OmLuxe, LLC (“OmLuxe”, “we”, “us”) for using One Bold Move. By using the app, you agree to them.

The short version

One Bold Move is a place to choose and make one bold move a week, alongside other women.
It offers inspiration and community, not professional advice. Your moves are your choice.
What you write is yours. Share only what you are happy for other members to see.
Be kind. Pamela may hide or remove anything that isn’t.

Who can use One Bold Move

You must be 18 or over.
One account per person, in your own name.
You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. Anyone who can open your email can sign in as you.

What One Bold Move is, and isn’t

One Bold Move offers ideas, encouragement and a community of women making their own moves. It is not medical, fitness, nutritional, financial, legal or mental health advice, and nothing in the app, the magazine or the Collective should be taken as such.

Like everything from OmLuxe, it is for inspiration and information only, and is not a substitute for professional, licensed guidance from a doctor, therapist or certified healthcare provider. Please consult your licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

The moves you choose are your own decision and your own responsibility. Before any move that could affect your health, your money or your safety, use your own judgement and, where sensible, speak to a qualified professional first. Please also read the OmLuxe Disclaimer.

What you write

It’s yours. You keep ownership of everything you write in the app.
Your moves and reflections are private unless you choose to share them.
When you share a move to the Collective, you give OmLuxe permission to show it in the app to other members, with your first name or as Anonymous (your choice), for as long as it stays shared. You can delete it at any time.
We will not use your posts outside the app, for example in the magazine or on social media, without asking you first.
Only share what is true to you and yours to share.

Community rules

The Collective works because it feels safe. When you post, please:

Be kind and respectful to other women, their choices and their stories.
Share your own story, not anyone else’s private details.
Don’t post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or illegal.
Don’t sell, advertise or promote anything, or post spam.
Don’t pretend to be someone else.
Don’t try to misuse, break or get around the app’s protections.

Looking after the Collective

Pamela and the app’s administrators may hide, feature or remove any post, and may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A hidden post disappears from the Collective for everyone, including the woman who posted it. Featuring a post marks it “Featured by Pamela” in the app.

Our content

The app’s words, photographs, design and the One Bold Move magazine belong to OmLuxe or are used with permission. They are for your personal use. Please don’t copy, share or republish them without our permission.

Cost

One Bold Move is free to use. If that ever changes, we will tell you first, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it.

Changes to the app

We may change, pause or end the app, or parts of it, at any time. We will try to give you notice of significant changes. The app is provided as it is and as available: we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, OmLuxe is not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take because of the app, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Leaving

You can stop using One Bold Move at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email Pamela@omluxe.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Your privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
