One Bold Move is run by OmLuxe, LLC (“OmLuxe”, “we”, “us”). This page explains what the app collects, why, who can see it, and the choices you have.
It works alongside the OmLuxe Privacy Policy, which covers omluxe.com. For the One Bold Move app, this page is the one that applies.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.
| Your information | Who can see it |
|---|---|
| Your email address | OmLuxe, to run the app. Never other members. |
| Your profile | You, and Pamela and the app’s administrators. Other members see only what appears on a post you share. |
| Your moves, what happened and how it felt | Only you. Other members never see them, and Pamela and the administrators cannot read them in the app. |
| Posts you share to the Collective | Every signed-in member, with your first name or as Anonymous, and your age if you gave one. You can delete a post at any time. |
| Your cheers, saves and borrows | Saves are only yours. Other members see how many cheers and borrows a post has, never who. |
The small team that maintains the app’s systems can technically reach the database. They do so only when it’s needed to keep the app working, or when you ask us to act on your information.
Looking after the Collective. Pamela and the administrators can hide, feature or remove posts. Featuring a post marks it “Featured by Pamela” in the app. We will not use your posts outside the app, for example in the magazine or on social media, without asking you first.
Running the app. Pamela and the administrators can see a list of members: your first name, email, age if you added one, when you joined, when you were last in the app, and how many moves you have chosen, made and shared. They cannot see what you write, your moves or your notes, unless you share them to the Collective.
A few trusted services do parts of the work for us. They handle your information only to provide their service to OmLuxe.
These services may store and process information in the United States and other countries.
The app emails you to sign you in. That is all, unless you ask for more.
When you join, you can tick “Also send me Pamela’s letters”. The box starts unticked. If you tick it, we add your first name and email address to OmLuxe’s email list, kept with Flodesk, and you will receive Pamela’s letters on wellness, beauty and living on purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any of those emails, and leaving the list does not affect your use of the app.
If we ever add other app emails, such as a weekly reminder, you will be able to turn them off.
For as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, your moves and reflections, the posts you shared, and your cheers and saves. Copies can remain in our providers’ backups for a short time before they are overwritten. A post you delete yourself leaves the Collective straight away.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as receiving a copy of your information or complaining to a data protection authority. Email us and we will help.
Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). You sign in with a single-use code (or link) sent to your email, so there is no password to steal. The rules that keep members’ private information private are enforced by the database itself, not only by what the app shows. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
One Bold Move is for women aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has signed up, email Pamela@omluxe.com and we will delete the account.
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
